​Lilly is a Recruitment Consultant in the buildings structures team at Carrington West. With a strong academic background, Lilly holds both a BSc in Sociology, and a Master of Research (MRes) in Humanities and Social Sciences. Her studies sharpened her understanding of people, social systems, and communication, skills she applies daily in her work with hiring managers and candidates.

Before moving into recruitment, Lilly was President of the Cheerleading Club at the University of Portsmouth, where she developed the discipline and drive that now shape her approach. Outside of work, Lilly enjoys going to festivals and live music events when she gets the chance.
