Emily Christmas
HR Manager
Emily is the HR Manager and is responsible for all HR initiatives in the business, including employee engagement, learning & development, recruitment, selection, onboarding, employee relations and employee wellbeing. She has extensive experience in a HR capacity within the recruitment industry, including internal recruitment, managing end to end HR processes, and running HR projects, such as implementation of Learning Management Systems and training programmes.
Emily graduated in 2015 with a BSc in Psychology and since achieved her CIPD Level 7 at Portsmouth University and is currently studying an MSc in Human Resource Management at Portsmouth University, to further her expertise in employee motivation and organisational psychology.
In her spare time, Emily likes to strength train and drink sauvignon blanc – though not usually at the same time.
