​Dave is Department Manager of the water & environmental division, and a specialist technical recruitment professional with over 12 years of industry experience in the water, engineering and environmental sectors. Dave has a passion for high levels of candidate care and aim is to provide the professionals he works with a top class level of service, with the view to assisting them find the most suitable and attractive job opportunities available in the market.

Amongst hiring organisations, Dave has a reputation in the market in providing a high level of service delivery with an emphasis on quality but not at the expense of time efficiencies. He takes a consultative approach and has successfully built long term strategic partnerships with clients across the UK. He covers both permanent and contract hires for the water, environmental andsurvey sectors covering all skill sets in for both site and office based roles.

Dave began his recruitment career with an international staffing group before further developing his skills with a technical recruiter operating on the South Coast. He holds a BA (Hons) in Business from Middlesex University and is a FREC CertRP. In his spare time he likes to play golf, tennis and football.
