We’re proud to announce that Carrington West has been shortlisted in three categories at the Investors in People 2025 Awards: UK Employer of the Year (Platinum, 50 to 249 employees), Best Culture (over 100 employees), and Health & Wellbeing (up to 499 employees). This latest recognition marks another high point in what is proving to be a bumper award season for us.

Alongside this triple shortlisting, we’re also finalists in five categories at the upcoming REC Awards and three at the Global Recruiter Industry Awards. These acknowledgements go beyond industry praise, they are a testament to the consistent, people-first ethos that defines Carrington West, both internally and in how we serve our clients.

Recognition for our culture is not new, but it is always valued.
