Voids Project Manager
£450p/d Umbrella Rate (Inside IR35)

What will you do?
To lead on surveying and day-day monitoring of void properties to ensure void turnaround times are met.
Accurately diagnose and specify works required to new void properties giving clear and timely instructions face to face, via telephone, email and recording actions on IT systems to allow contractors and repairs team to carry out voids work.
Adhere to Health & Safety requirements and immediately report any concerns to the contractor, voids quality assessors and the voids control manager.
Review estimates, draft reports, plans, drawings, material specifications and procedures to ensure compliance with current construction and other related legislation when specifying and authorising works.
What do you need?
To be successful in your application for this role you will need to demonstrate the following on application and through the interview process:
·Must have clean driving licence and access to vehicle.
·HNC or equivalent qualification in a building-related subject and substantial experience of maintenance or surveying services or proven extensive general experience of building surveying/refurbishment works with the ability to investigate and diagnose major works voids.
