Job Opportunity: Experienced Town Planner
Location: South Staffordshire, UK
 
Are you an experienced Town Planner seeking a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for an individual with a minimum of 2 years experience in planning up to senior/principal level, either chartered or working towards chartership. This role offers a competitive salary ranging from £25,000 to £40,000, depending on experience.

Role Overview:
As a Town Planner you will be responsible for working collaboratively within our team on various projects. This is an office-based role that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work across different scales of projects. Key responsibilities include:
 
·Working effectively within a team to achieve project goals.
·Handling a diverse portfolio of projects, ranging from small to larger scale developments.
·Demonstrating strong interpersonal skills in client interactions, liaising with planners, and collaborating with designers.
·Overseeing multiple projects with confidence and efficiency.
·Maintaining a proactive and supportive attitude, providing assistance to team members when required.
·Utilising Sketchup for creating drawings (preferred but not essential).
 
 
Requirements:
 
·Minimum of 2 years' experience in planning, up to senior/principal level.
·Chartered status or working towards chartership is advantageous.
·Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
·Ability to work well within a team environment.
·Confidence in managing and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
·Proficiency in Sketchup (preferred but not essential).
