Salary: £55-60k
Location: High Wycombe
My client are a market leading Surfacing and Civil Engineering company, delivering sustainable services from asphalt surfacing and car parks to new access paths and drainage works, and are looking for a Contracts Manager to support the South East region following a period of expansion.
They're looking for a Contracts Manager with Surfacing experience to support sites in and around the High Wycombe/South-East area.
The team has over 80 years of experience combined and are a dynamic company with up to date plant and machinery equipment and opportunities for progression for the right candidate.
Day to day responsibilities:
- Managing contract execution, ensuring adherence to project specifications, timelines and budgets
- Lead and develop project teams to deliver objectives safely and securely to meet operational plans
- Report regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders
- Ensuring safety, quality and environmental standards are adhered to and promoted on all project sites
- Foster client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience within the surfacing industry and proven experience in contract management
- Full UK driver's license and willingness to travel between sites within the region
- A degree qualification or equivalent
- High standards of technical knowledge of surfacing and industry regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and manage teams
- Proactive attitude and strong leadership abilities
- Proficiency in budget management and cost control
