Carrington West are assisting their local authority client based in Yorkshire in their search for a Principal/Senior Planning Officer on an initial 3 month contract.
Principal Planning Officers/Senior Planning Officers
We are looking for experienced planning officers to come in and be immediately effective at managing a mixed caseload of applications. This will include major applications as well as complex minors and others (and appeals).
Applicants for these posts will be seasoned professionals able to pick things up immediately, able to rapidly get to grips with the Councils existing policies and procedures and work with minimal supervision, producing a consistently high quality product.

Contract length = 3 months, with possible extension by agreement depending on the workload

Carrington West Pay Rate - up to £35-£40p/h
