Geo-Environmental Consultant
Senior or Principal Level
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Work remotely: 80%
 
Salary: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

Location is not important as the job will be conducted remotely. Some site works will be required such as supervision and SI works.
This is a technical role requiring an expert in contaminated land reporting. As part of the role, the Consultant will be responsible for ensuring that site works, monitoring and reporting are delivered both technically and on time
.
Key Responsibilities
 
·Responsibility for ensuring that site works are delivered correctly and within time scales
·Project management and reporting for Site Investigations, Remediation Strategies, Monitoring and Validation Reports
·Work hand in hand with the sales team ensuring they have the technical information for tenders and quotations
·Maintain regular outbound contact with customers who have placed orders with YE and are currently going through the delivery stage
·Supporting the sales team by invoicing projects
·Provide regular updates to Customers regarding their projects using BigChange and other technology
·Support and partake in specialised projects as requested
·Support the sales team on quotes
·General administrative tasks that support your core role, report building and presenting of information
·Health and Safety is a key part of the role. Regular site and contractor audits will be carried out and preparation of Risk Assessments and Method Statements
·Preparation of Construction Phase Health and Safety plans and compliance with CDM Regulations
·Assistant person for technical information and support
·As a key member of the operations team this will be a hands-on role including duties such as site attendance, project management, site surveys, testing and report writing
·Looking at ways to innovate new products and services to help keep YE ahead of the curve
