This is an opening for a Senior Architect to join an EOT Practice in South East London. A multi-award winning firm which is best known for it's Architecture and Urbanism/ contemporary style. This firm is a medium size with plans to expand over the next coming year. Each talented Architect gets the chance to see projects through the RIBA stages and build a strong portfolio of Residential, Commercial and Mixed use projects. 

£50,000-£55,000 per Annum + Bonus +Hybrid working 2 days a week

Must:

• Be technically strong between RIBA stages 3-6
• Be Revit Proficient
• Have a residential portfolio of large scale resi projects in the UK
• Have experience running projects and managing a team for at least 3.
• Have thorough knowledge of Technical Housing Standards NDSS, London plan and building regulations
• Clear knowledge of exterior brick cladding systems
• Have experience in clearing planning conditions (pre-commencement and pre-occupation)
