London Borough Council in need of a strategic property manager to assist them in the assessment and planning for a property based in the Leytonstone area.
 
The key focus for this position is to carry out an Operational Assessment of the property and suggest potential improvements to procedure and usage. Following the initial assessment they will require a business case to be put together taking into consideration their local government objectives and budgets whilst maintaining service level.
 
In order to be successful in your application for this role you will need to meet the following criteria:
 
- Proficient in writing reports for submission to Cabinet
 
- Knowledge of economic development, business development and partnerships working
 
- Experience of developing strategies and high-level action plans
 
- Experienced in using appropriate range of information to priorities potential projects,
 
- Demonstrable experience in stakeholder management
 
- A qualification in development or regeneration at degree level
