My local authority client in Kent is seeking an experienced Town Planner join them in their Major Applications Team (DM Department), for an initial 3-month contract, however it is believed that his role will extend well beyond the initial 3 month period due to the nature of the work (large/strategic applications).
 
They are ideally seeking a contractor on a full-time basis for 37 hours per week, however they will consider part time hours. 
 
My client is ideally looking for someone who can attend the council offices in Kent for 2 day per week.
 
My client has provided me with the JD which can be sent out upon request.
 
Carrington West Pay Rate - £500 per hour - Inside IR35
