Job description

Planning Infrastructure Monitoring Officer (S106 & CIL)
Hampshire
6-month initial Contract
£40-£44p/h

Job Ref - 48288

I am working closely with my LPA client based in Hampshire as they seek an interim Planning Infrastructure Monitoring Officer on an initial 6-month contract.

This role will encompass both CIL and S106 and requires someone with very solid experience in both. There is an Assistant Monitoring Officer who covers mostly CIL that you will be working closely with throughout the contract.

Ideally, the council are looking for 2 days per week in the office - Thursdays and Fridays if possible. Although, for the right candidate, they are happy to be flexible. The rest of the week will be remote from home.

The contract has initially been set-out on a 37 hour (full-time) week but, again, there is flexibility on this for the right candidate - part-time candidates will still be considered.

Interviews are due to take place on week beginning 22nd January. Due to management annual leave, the start date is likely to be in February.

if this post is of interest, please do get in touch at your earliest convenience to discuss. Further details are available upon request.

You must have previous Section 106 & CIL experience to be considered.

Please call Ben Rose on 02393 876022 for a confidential discussion on this role, or email myself or our planning team if you are short of time to chat:
