My client in Northamptonshire require an experienced Planning Consultant who has extensive experience on major developments (3000+ units) for an initial 3 month contract.
 
The ideal  candidate will have experience dealing with major developments including large residential and significant infrastructure and S106. You will be able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision and have the communication skills to speak with developers and house builders.
 
There is an element of working from home but you must also be able to go into the office. Pay rate is negotiable depending on experience and the contract is initial for a 3 month period with the possibility of extending.The IR35 status is undetermined at the moment.
