We are looking for a reliable Streetworks Planner to work for a company responsible for a Highways Term Maintenance contract in South East London. With a commitment to quality, safety, and innovation, our esteemed client strive to maintain and enhance our road networks for the benefit of communities and economies alike.

Responsibilities:
·Coordinate and plan streetworks activities in compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
·Supervise streetworks gangs, ensuring efficient and safe execution of works.
·Liaise with local authorities, utility companies, and other stakeholders to coordinate works and minimize disruptions.
·Utilize the "Confirm" programme to manage streetworks activities effectively.
·Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
·Maintain accurate records, including permits, notices, and completion certificates.

Requirements:
·Previous experience in a streetworks planning role, preferably within a Highways Term Maintenance environment.
·Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate streetworks gangs.
·Proficiency in using the "Confirm" programme or similar streetworks management software.
·Knowledge of streetworks regulations, including NRSWA (New Roads and Street Works Act) and TMA (Traffic Management Act).
·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
·Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
