Role: Mechanical Commissioning Technician
Location: Plymouth
Duration:Initial 3 months +
Pay: £450 per day Limited company outside IR35

Mechanical Commissioning Technician

• Conduct system walkdowns to ensure installations comply with project drawing's / documentation.
• Liaise with mechanical contractors as required to represent VSL commissioning.
• Liaise with vendor representatives during commissioning work scopes.
• Completion of static commissioning check sheets
• Carry out preservation on all mechanical equipment.
• Carry out preservation activities

Experience:

• Experience of pre-commissioning & dynamic commissioning preferably in oil & gas / water process or similar industrial environment.
• Ability to read and interpret P&ID's and piping isometrics.
• Knowledge of installation standards on Hydrocarbon systems.
