Are you a Quantity Surveyor with experience on Mechanical & Electrical projects? 

Are you an ambitious individual looking to join a company and support them on their portfolio of projects with key infrastructure clients?

A fantastic organisation that supports and empowers their staff's development is looking to hire established and junior quantity surveyors at various levels from Intermediate to Project to Senior Quantity Surveyors. This role will work across various sectors and will place you within the appropriate team with projects ranging in Value from £10m to £40m.

Within their portfolio, rail and major infrastructure projects are their focus including works on Data Centres, Healthcare, Commercial and Office Buildings.

You will based in their UK office 5 days a week with 2 days a month allocated to work from home, and travel to the office is paid for by the company.

Salary: Dependant on Experience / Level
Location: London (5 Days a Week - Office Based)

Essential:
·Direct experience working/with Railway clients (e.g. HS2, LU, TfL, TfW, Network Rail)  or working with consultancies on infrastructure or commerical projects.
·MRICS/working towards preferred dependent on level.
·At least 3+ years' commercial experience in large infrastructure projects dependant on level.
·Experience managing projects £10m+
·Familiarity around cost planning, procurement, change control, post-contract management on infrastructure projects.
·A positive, friendly attitude, someone who works well in teams, and independently.
·NEC3 experience.
·Keen to develop professionally and personally and be a part of a cohesive team.
 
Additional information:
This will be a one to two stage interview process, with Interviews taking place Face to Face and the first interview lasting approximately 2 hours.
