Immediate need for a Managing Quantity Surveyor to join a National Highways contractor, delivering a scheme in Chelmsford.
 
We require an experienced Quantity Surveyor to provide commercial support in the delivery of a £60 Million National Highways project.
 
As the successful Senior QS you will be experienced in subcontract procurement, contract drafting, NEC contract management, cost and value forecasting and change control.
 
Given the urgent nature of the requirement,  a willingness to engage with various team members to ascertain requirements is a must.
 
Hybrid working is an option but the successful candidate must be available to attend site at least four days a week.
