Key Responsibilities:
·Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and brand identity.
·Conceptualize and create innovative interior designs for hotel projects, considering both aesthetics and functionality.
·Develop detailed design plans, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings.
·Select and source materials, furnishings, and finishes that align with the project's design concept and budget.
·Work closely with the construction team to ensure seamless execution of design plans.
·Provide on-site supervision and coordination during the construction phase to ensure design intent is maintained.
·Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to bring fresh ideas and perspectives to each project.
 
Must have:
·This person must have experience with AutoCAD and Revit.
·This person must have experience working on F&B, hotels and/or hospitality projects
