Fire Project Manager
£350p/d Umbrella Rate (Inside IR35)
6 Months Initially (with view for extension)
Hampshire (hybrid - expected to attend meetings in the office 2 days per week)
 
What will you do?
-To project manage the completion of 2500 actions that have evolved from fire risk assessments through existing contracts or via frameworks.
-Undertake associated admin to ensure effective reporting and monitoring of the project
-Maintain excellent records for future audit.
-Will need to have demonstrable PM experience and preferably have delivered FRA works previously.
-Manage the FRA delivery process.
-No direct report responsibility
 
What do you need?  
To be successful in your application for this role you will need to demonstrate the following on application and through the interview process:  
·UK Resident
·Demonstrate an understanding of Council policies
·Recognised construction/Fire Safety qualification - related qualification to at least HNC or HND level with a demonstrable record of accomplishment as a project manager on large and moderately complex projects
