What will you do?
The Energy Capital Projects Manager leads the delivery of the council's major capital energy projects, including decentralised energy, renewables and energy efficiency measures, from procurement and planning to construction and delivery. They manage a team of project managers and oversee external consultants.
 
What do you need?  
To be successful in your application for this role you will need to demonstrate ALL of the following on application and through the interview process:
·UK resident
·Degree in construction, engineering or energy-related field, or substantial proven experience in a similar role.
·Professional qualification in project management.
·Experience of managing a team of project managers
·Excellent knowledge of district heating schemes, renewable energy, decarbonisation and energy efficiency measures for both domestic and non-domestic properties.
