Have you got proven experience in designing and implementing a training engagement plan for ED&I?
 
I am seeking an experienced ED&I Advisor to create a training engagement plant to ensure employees, subcontractors and suppliers understand EDI issues that arise in the workplace and how they impact their roles. The ideal candidate will be able to create an evidence portfolio to keep disability accreditations with a leading joint venture on HS2.
 
Rate: £300-£350/day (Inside IR35)
Location: West Ruislip 3 days per week & remote
Duration: 8 weeks
 
Requirements:
·2 years ED&I experience
·Strong knowledge of Knowledge and experience of EDI legislation and policies.
·Previous experience in designing and implementing an engagement plan
·Experience Providing EDI support and advice to staff and managers.
