Earthworks Supervisor
 
Location: South West
 
Description:
This company is seeking experienced Supervisors to join our team for a significant 5-year projects in the South West. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of heavy earthworks plant operators.
 
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
 
NVQ Level 3/CSCS Gold card and SSSTS certification are essential.
Preferably hold a CPCS plant qualification.
Ability to give clear instructions with authority.
Positive attitude towards safety protocols.
Excellent communication skills at all levels.
Flexible approach to work.
Strong team player mentality.
Excellent timekeeping with a willingness to work overtime as necessary.
 
Salary and Benefits:

£45,000-£55,000
Company Vehicle
Conditions as per the Working Rule Agreement/CIJC.
