My Local Authority client in the East Midlands, is seeking an experienced Town Planner who has experience of leading a team or signing off applications.
 
The role mainly involves managing a small team of 4 planners checking and signing off reports liaising with members, attending team meetings planning committee and working pro-actively in a period of transformation.
 
The role also includes managing a caseload of medium to complex planning applications, Dealing with customer enquiries appeals Reporting to the DM Manager.
 
The role can be worked fairly remotely, however site visits are to be expected.
