Role: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Lincoln ( near the train station and on site parking available )
Salary: £21,500
Employment: 12 week contract( probation move into to permanent position)
Hours of work: 37 per week Monday - Friday
Start Date: ASAP

Are you looking to work for one of the best companies in the region as a Customer Service Advisor.
 
If so this is the right opportunity for you.  My client is based in Lincoln looking to recruit for a Customer Service Adviser with the view to interview and start the successful candidate ASAP.
 
In this role you go through formal training a process and supported by a mentor to get you up to speed on process, procedures and IT systems.
 
In this role you will be responsible for dealing with inbound customer calls and likely to vary across:
- Answer and resolve customer quires
- Manage the internal data base to ensure customer details are correct and up to date

As this role offers full training it would be suitable for someone looking to kick start their career in customer service, comes from a retail background and looking to transfer into a new sector or someone with customer service experience looking to work for a market leading company.
 
As this role is focused around using an in house CRM - Customer Management System candidates will need to have a base level of computer literacy in order to be suitable. For example if you are able to use any of the following this would suffice.  Microsoft Word or excel, emails, general experience of working from a desk top or laptop computer.
 
This role is based working a 37 hour week Monday - Friday between 9am - 5pm - however flexible working hours are available
 
On offer is a salary  of £21,500 + Benefits and overtime
