Role: Customer Service - Billing / Payment Collections
Location: Lincoln - City Centre
Salary: Starting rate £19,380 which can raise up to £23,300 over time + Bonus
Employment: Temporary to Permanent over 12 weeks
Hours of work: 37 per week
Working: Hours 8:00 - 16:00 & 12:00 - 20:00 rotating between the two shift patterns weekly
Start Date: 6th December

If so this is the right opportunity for you.  My client is based in Lincoln City Centre less that 1 mile away from the train station and looking to recruit multiple Customer Service Advisors in their outbound survey team.
 
In this role you will be responsible for dealing with customers who have outstanding payments overdue on their accounts. The purpose of the role is identify the issue as to why payment has not been made and resolve.  Resolutions may be found through updating payment details, setting up a payment plan or other similar solutions.
 
As this role is focused around using an in house CRM - Customer Management System candidates will need to have a base level of computer literacy in order to be suitable. For example if you are able to use any of the following this would suffice.  Microsoft Word or excel, emails, general experience of working from a desk top or laptop computer.
 
This role would be well suited for anyone who is happy operating in an outbound call capacity and has prior customer service or telephone based experience.
 
This role is based working a 37 hour week Monday - Sunday ( You will only work 5 days per week )
 
Working hours will vary between the below:
 
Monday to Friday 8 am till 8pm  rotating between 8:00 - 16:00 & 12:00 - 20:00
Sat 8am-4pm
Sun 10am-4pm
 
 
On offer is a salary  of £19,380 which can raise to £23,3000 over time + an excellent benefits package + Bonus
