Due to exceptional growth, my client is looking to add an Commercial Administrator to their team to work under the Commercial Controller, assisting with commercial and contract support across multiple projects, focusing mainly on cashflow.

Location: Fleet, Hampshire + hybrid working
Salary: £28,000 to £32,000 per annum DOE
Hours: Mon - Fri, 08:30-17:00
·20 days annual leave + bank holidays

·Hybrid working after probationary period
·Early finish on a Friday
·Produce Monthly Applications & Invoices
·Issue the Applications for Payment & Invoices
·Liaise with clients to resolve any payment issues
·Month End Process and Reporting
·Requesting Credit Checks for New Clients
·Ensuring Commercial Processes are being following by the team
·Supporting Commercial Controller with any ad hoc administration
·Previous experience in a commercial or administrative role, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
·Proficiency in MS Office Excel is essential
