Due to exceptional growth, my client is looking to add a Business Development Manager  to their team to work with stakeholders across the business to achieve pipeline growth and direction.
 
Your responsibilities as a Business Development Manager will include:
·Working with key internal stakeholders.
·Building relationships with local authorities, train operation companies and NHS contacts.
·Creating hot leads for the company.
·Developing new business opportunities.
 
Location: Home working with some travel within the North West, North East and Midlands.
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum DOE

Requirements:
·Civil Engineering background, ideally rail and highways or one of the two
·Track record of successfully achieving business growth via tenders
·Experience using Salesforce or other CRM system
