Job Title: Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Location: Ipswich
Salary: £30,000-£40,000 per annum (+ £4,000 Car Allowance)

Key Responsibilities:
 
Work closely with experienced Quantity Surveyors to assist in the financial management of construction projects.
Collaborate with project teams to assess and evaluate contract terms and project specifications.
Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and procurement plans.
Analyse and monitor project costs, including variations and subcontractor claims.
Contribute to cost value reconciliations (CVR) and financial reporting.
Participate in negotiations and contractual discussions with subcontractors.
Gain exposure to the full spectrum of quantity surveying responsibilities.
 
Qualifications and Skills:
 
A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Enthusiasm for learning and developing your career in Quantity Surveying.
A valid driver's license and access to your own vehicle.
