​Rachel is a Compliance Coordinator in the shared services team. She is responsible for all compliance including carrying out internal and external audits, gathering sector specific compliance for candidates prior to them commencing a role, reference checking, keeping relevant legislations updated, raising contracts and documentation control.

 

Before joining Carrington West Rachel worked in a business support role for Portsmouth City Council.

In her spare time, Rachel enjoys spending time with her family and friends, travelling and all things Disney.
