Works Delivery Manager
Are you an experienced Works Delivery Manager with a background in highways term maintenance looking for your next freelance opportunity?
Rate: £350 per day (CIS)
Location: Oxfordshire
 
A new opportunity has opened for a Highways Works Delivery Manager based in Oxfordshire, overseeing planned highways term maintenance works across the area.
The Opportunity
You'll be responsible for coordinating works across multiple locations, managing a combination of in-house and subcontract labour, and ensuring schemes are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required standards.
The works will be civils-focused within the highways sector, including:
·Road repairs and replacement
·Footway repairs and replacement
·Drainage, ditches and grips
·Kerbs and edgings
·Road markings
·Modular surfaces
·Traffic management
·Reactive repairs
The role will also involve report writing, coordinating multiple sites and teams, and overseeing the delivery of term maintenance projects.
What We're Looking For
·Proven experience as a Works Manager / Works Delivery Manager within highways
·Strong background in highways term maintenance and civils
·Comfortable overseeing multiple sites and locations
·Strong report writing and communication skills
·SMSTS
·CSCS
·First Aid
