My client is a fast-growing ISP with huge opportunities for experienced and motivated project managers with a background in FTTP and large-scale civils. The successful applicant will have experience leading teams to hit delivery targets in budget whilst maintaining a safe site.
 
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for keep up relations with multiple stakeholders and contractors, whilst managing the delivery targets and keeping quality at the forefront of your mind. You will take responsibility for your area, share best practice across the company. You will report directly to the head of delivery.
 
Key Essentials:
·Be responsible for delivery across your project in Hampshire
·Liaise with key stakeholders and manage the full programme end to end
·Report and forecast delivery THP and number of homes ready to be turned on
·Assist on design focusing on efficiency, quality and safety
·Manage a number of specialist employees across your team to ensure targets and activity KPIs are met
·Have a focus on health and safety and report immediately to head of delivery
·Have the ability to manage multiple contractors in one town depending on the capabilities and performance of the Contractor as well as employees
·Take responsibility for contractors including KPIs, payment and being reactive to feedback and concerns
 
Requirements:
·Experienced project manager with experience in FTTP or Civils within Telecoms
·Good knowledge of NRSWA
·Previous experience managing a mixture of direct employees and build partners or subcontractors
·NEC3 knowledge and understanding
·Understanding of the Openreach Network
·Full driving licence
