Your main role as a Civils Avoidance Ganger is to work as part of a two-person gang. Your key responsibilities will be:
·Undertake blockage clearance and de-silting by using civils avoidance techniques
·Explore all avenues to reduce overall civils work including reroutes OH and UG
·Open and Flexible to undertake additional duties
·Report successes to your Delivery Manager and assist with producing reports
 
Requirements:
·Full Driving License & Can Tow
·Streetworks Unit 1 - 3 (NRSWA)
·BT PIA accreditations SA001/002
·Experienced within Fibre and Civils with great knowledge of the Openreach network
·Innovative thinking and resourcefulness
