Job description

Are you a Rail Sub Agent/Assistant Project Manager/Senior or Section Engineer with experience across a range of civil engineering disciplines?
 
Are you looking to work Tier 1 Contractor on a minor works famework?
 
Due to exceptional growth, my client is looking to add a Sub Agent/Assistant Project manager their team to work on a portfolio of rail civil engineering projects throughout the Southern region, specifically on a minor works framework.
 
Your duties as a Sub Agent/Assistant Project Manager will include:
·Ensuring that the contract is delivered in accordance with the health and safety plan, terms and conditions and legislation.
·Dealing with Work Package Plans and Task Briefing Sheets.
·Delivering the contract within budget and in accordance with the programme.
·Liaising with the Managing Surveyor and other site staff.
·Continuous monitoring of the contract progress.
·Identifying, agreeing and managing any changes to the contract.
·Liaising with the Project and Contracts Managers on the formal reports on contract progress.
 
Location: Basingstoke, Hampshire
Salary: £36,000 to £45,000 per annum DOE

Requirements:
·Previous experience as a Sub Agent/Senior Engineer/Section Engineer in a rail civil environment.
·Experience and knowledge across a number of rail and civil engineering principles and construction methods.
·Relevant Degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering or similar (preferred).
·PTS and SMSTS
