What we need:
Carrington West are pleased to be working with our client, a term maintenance contractor for a busy local authority, to find 3 x Street Lighting Electrician's for the installation and maintenance of assets in their region.
This is a Fixed term Contract paying £32000 to £37000 per year (Equivalent to approximately £15.00per hour PAYE). The role also offers the opportunity to increase earnings overtime and additional bonus is paid for being on standby.
 
What you will do:
As a Street Lighting Electrician your job will be to carry out inspections, testing and maintenance of street lighting assets on live highways.
 
What you will need to succeed:
To be considered for this position you must meet the criteria mentioned below, it is essential that you already have the qualifications and that they are in date:
 
·Previous experience specifically within Streetlighting  
·714 Certificate in Initial Periodic Electrical Inspection and Testing
·Full driving licence required
·NVQ Level 3 or HERS accredited
·7.5 tonne driving licence is considered highly desirable but not essential
