Are you a qualified Surveyor within housing and experienced Surveys including Condition, & HHSRS looking for a new contract?
 
If so, this rolling Local Authority Contact could give you just that.
 
 
South West based Local Authority responsible for a large portfolio of housing stock. This team need addition resource to support them with updating the data that they hold for the property in their stock.
 
Within this role you will be responsible for visiting predominantly tenanted properties, carrying out condition surveys, taking measurements and collating energy efficiency data.
 
In order to secure this role you must have previous experience of Stock Condition Surveys.
