What we need:

Our client, a large Civil Engineering Contractor, seek an available and experienced Site Manager for Highway works in King's Lynn
 
The Site Manager- Highways will be responsible site operations in relation to delivery of a large link road project worth £8m. The company woill consider either a freelancer which can be paid via the CIS scheme, or if preferred by the applicant, can offer somebody a permanent job with the business.
 
As Site Manager, you will be fully site based and be responsible for all on site activites including, stakeholder management, overseeing supervisors and other site staff, ensuing work is delivered to the spscifed designs and keeping team updated with progress or delays.
 
What you will need to apply:

·SMSTS (5 Day CITB Site Manager's Safety Training Scheme).
·Previous Site Management experience on a Highways job
·Full UK Driving Licence
·CDM Regulations 2015 and NEC contract experience
·Extensive experience in the successful delivery of local highway projects involving 
·Experienced in the successful delivery of construction projects to tight time and budget constraints.
·Good working knowledge of construction programming.
·Demonstrable team leadership and management skills.
·Commitment and adaptability.
