Are you a Site Engineer with experience of working within the Railway industry?

Do you have a proven background of working on civils associated projects, including concrete structures and earthworks?

This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Engineer to join a major tier one contractor on HS2 and assist with the setting out and investigation duties. This opportunity with suit a Site Engineer experienced in setting out on civils associated projects within rail, including concrete structures and earthworks.

Location: Aylesbury
Duration: 9 months
Hours: 7.30am-5pm, Mon-Fri
Rate: £300 - £330 p/d
IR35: Inside

Responsibilities:

• Provide site-base support and engineering supervision to works.
• Undertake all setting-out duties for works and as built monitoring of works
• Production and monitoring of safety paperwork including ITP's, WPP's, RAMs and check sheets.
• Writing of safety paperwork and risk assessments
• Coordinate with Site Supervisors, Subcontractors and Trades, under the direction of the Section Engineer or Sub Agent

Requirements:

• 3+ years Site Engineering experience within the railway industry
• Proven experience working on earthworks, concrete structures or civils projects.
• Familiar with the use of Leica equipment.
• Valid PTS, SMSTS/SSSTS and CSCS card
