Pay Rate: £364 - £409 Per Day - Inside IR35 (Paid Umbrella)
Location: Glasgow (Hybrid Working - 3 Days Office)

This is a great opportunity for a Senior Surveyor to work on large rail infrastructure projects in the Glasgow area. Within this role you will take responsibility for acquisition, compensation claims, leases, surrenders, lettings, sale and temporary use of operational land.
You will be required to develop and maintain working relationships with internal colleagues to enable efficient and effective delivery to the client and Instruct and manage external agents and solicitors to complete commercial activity on complex cases.
 
Essential:
·Proven experience of managing complex property transactions
·MRICS qualified / RICS / CIOB Chartered Membership
·Previous experience working with Stakeholders
 
Preferred:
·Understanding of the rail industry and rail legislation, Prior Rail Experience, preferred not necessary.
