Are you a Rail Site Agent or Senior Site Agent with experience across a range of civil engineering disciplines?
 
Are you looking to work for a Tier 1 Contractor on a portfolio of rail infrastructure projects, including frameworks and contract agreements?
 
Due to exceptional growth, my client is looking to add a Senior Site Agent to their team to work on a portfolio of rail civil engineering projects throughout the Western region.
 
Your duties as a Senior Site Agent will include:
·Liaison with the Managing Surveyor and other site staff to ensure that the project does not exceed tender allowances
·Ensuring that the contract is completed in accordance with the budget, legislation, terms and conditions, heath and safety plan and the quality and environment plan
·Monitoring of contract progress to ensure that objectives are being met
·Identifying, agreeing and managing any required changes to the contract
·Provision of formal reports on contract progress to the Contracts Manager
 
Location: Basingstoke  
Salary: £55,000 to £64,000 per annum DOE

Requirements:
·Experience as a Sub/Site/Senior Agent on civil engineering projects (preferably rail)
·SMSTS
·Degree/HND/HNC in Civil Engineering or equivalent (preferred)
