An unmissable opportunity for a Senior Public Health Engineer has arisen with a global consultancy company based in their London Bridge office.
The company works across a variety of sectors including large scale Commercial, Residential, education and mission critical. Their portfolio boasts some of the largest and complex developments in the UK.
The role would be fit for a Public Health Engineer with experience working in the Buildings consultancy market and leading projects from conception to completion. Experience with consultancy and contractor environments would be beneficial.
·Specification and design of public health (plumbing) services, including underground drainage.
·Preparing technical specifications
·Representing the business at meetings with clients and contractors
·Site surveys, inspections and monitor site works
·Report writing
·Mentoring junior Engineers
Experience required
·Minimum HNC or equivalent in building services engineering or related subjects/suitable equivalent experience or qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 Plumbing
·Knowledge and experience in all aspects of Public Health Engineering/Plumbing Design
·Prior experience working on Building Services projects
·Willingness and ability to undertake site surveys and site inspections of Public Health services
·Experience in public health design including domestic water, sanitation and rainwater design as well as below ground drainage and fire protection.
·Good level of computer literacy in Windows, NBS (Specification Software) - an understanding of AutoCAD / Revit is beneficial.
