About the role
The successful candidate will be a confident and ambitious Project Manager who values quality and reputation. Someone who is commercially astute with experience of leading multi-disciplinary projects and teams. We are looking for someone with experience in the following areas:
·Experience working for a professional Project Management consultancy business
·Experience within at least one of the following sectors:
·Healthcare
·Education
·Local Authority assets
Commercial property
·Experience of both pre-and post contract project management responsibilities
·Understanding of contract administration (JCT and/or NEC)
·Leading communications and relationships with your client and their stakeholders
·Support the preparation of fee proposals and bid submissions.
·Produce monthly reports including project programmes, risk registers
 
Required qualifications:
·RICS Qualified or similar Project Management Qualification
·High level of IT expertise
·Valid driving licence.
