This Local Planning Authority based in the South East is looking for a Senior Planner who has recent experience within a LPA and who is able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision.

You will be required to deal with a mixed case load of up to 50 dwellings.

Pay rate is between £35-£40/h, the IR35 status is undetermined at the moment.

This role is initially for a 4 month period but likely to extend  thereafter. You will hold a Full UK Driving License and have access to a vehicle in order to conduct site visits.
