Carrington West are assisting their local authority client in their search for a Town Planning Enforcement Officer on an initial 3-month contract.
 
We have an exciting opportunity to join the Enforcement Team in the role of Planning Officer. You will be tasked with working on a backlog of enforcement cases as well as managing new cases that come in. This will be with minimal supervision.
 
This would be ideal for candidates that want to work in a busy authority whilst having the ability to manage their own caseload.
 
The authority are offering a flexible working arrangement until the pandemic subsides and can be flexible thereafter.  
 
Planning Enforcement experience in a local authority of more than a year is a must.

On offer is an hourly rate of up to £35p/h depending on experience.
