Salary: £64,620 - £80,760 (Dependant on Experience)
 
Description:
 
My client is a leading rail infrastructure company looking for a Senior Landscape Design Managers to help support the Landscape responsibilities on HS2 on both Urban and Rural Locations.
 
Within this role you will be responsible for the integration and assurance of various elements such as ecology, water management, topography, & flood management all in respect to landscape design. This will include design assurance, design guidance, as well as supporting/managing scheme design & detailed design while also undertaking landscape assessment.
 
This role will also deal with both internal and external stakeholders and you will be working with the town planning team to ensure designs can meet the permissions required for planning approval and making alterations to the design where necessary.
 
Please note this role is on a flexible work basis out of London or Birmingham and will require the occasional travel to both offices as well as the occasional site visit (neither of these are on a regular basis).
 
Required:
·Experience working as a Landscape Design Manager on infrastructure projects.
·Minimum of 5 years experience as a Landscape Architect
·Experience undertaking design assurance & design guidance with respect to ecology, water management, topography, Human Nature, & flood management.
·Experience engaging with external stakeholders
 
Preferred:
·Chartered Membership to an appropriate professional body.
·Experience working on rail infrastructure projects.
