I have an urgent contract requirement for a Senior Highway Technician who is specialist with Civil 3D software to join a busy consultancy in London. This is an initial 6 month contract position, offering full time hours (37.5 per week). Our client is willing to consider candidates working full-time remote.
 
This is an immediate requirement which falls outside IR35.
 
Key experience required
 
·Expert in Civil 3D highway design
·Knowledge of BIM to level ISO 19650 LOD/LOI 300 (incorporate CoBIE data to support the 3D models and incorporate other consultants designs and data for issue to the client)
·Proficient in UK highway design standards (DMRB)
·Able to design road alignments and highway levels (cross/longfall of roads with experience of tying into junctions and designing for DDA compliance)
·Prepare contour and cut and fill drawings for road related schemes
