My client is looking for an senior estimator to help support a team of six on civil engineering on the HS2 Project.
 
You will require to have experience in civils estimating including schemes with a bulk earthworks' element and significant experience of cost estimating of structures at design stage and should have experience of quality assurance processes.
 
Key part of this role will be reviewing key estimates, taking leadership of estimating function and mentoring junior members of the team. You should have extensive experience in CCS Candy as this is the system you will be using.
 
 
Essential:
·Prior experience as a Senior Estimator working on civil estimating schemes with a bulk earthworks element and significant experience of cost estimating of structures at design stage.
·Prior experience working on Network Rail infrastructure projects.
·Previous experience using CCS Candy Software
·Familiarity with proprietary estimating systems especially Cost OS
