Carrington West are assisting their local authority client in their search for a Senior Development Manager on a permanent basis.
 
We have an exciting opportunity to lead development of major regeneration projects. Responsible for project managing the delivery of large scale mixed use development sites
 
You will need:
·A relevant town planning qualification/A degree or similar in a relevant discipline
·A desire to work on one of the biggest regeneration projects in London
·A flexible and adaptable approach
·A desire to manage staff.

You will be working in a collaborative manner with both colleagues and clients whilst having the chance to manage your own projects, while delivering some of the larger and more complicated projects the authority has.
 
The authority are looking for someone that can be in the office at 3 days a week.
 
Experience in a planning consultancy or local authority is a must. Please note that applications won't be considered without the criteria being met.
