Do you have a proven background of delivering large civils projects, particularly in piling or reinforced concrete?

I am recruiting a Senior Construction Manager to work on the largest infrastructure project in Europe, to lead and drive the construction of two shaft headhouses and all other surrounding associated works. This opportunity would suit a well-versed Construction Manager with a proven background of working on heavy civils projects.

Location: North London
Rate: £450 - £550 p/d
Duration: 12 months

Requirements:

• Lead, train and motivate the construction team optimise full productivity and work contribution.
• Review project documentation such as contracts, designs, working method's and forecast costs alongside the project team, including subcontractors.
• Create and review forecast budgets and programmes.
• Assess actual programmes and productivity, ensuring to report any changes or issues to the senior project team.
• Produce and review test plans, risk assessments and method statements.
• Monthly reports and forecasting
• Adhere to and enforce the highest standard of H&S

Requirements:

• Experience of working as a Construction Manager/Works Delivery Manager within a heavy civils environment is essential.
• A proven background of working in shaft construction, reinforced concrete or piling.
• Experience of leading and managing a construction team.
• Efficient in using Microsoft package (Word and Excel)
• CSCS card
