My client in London is seeking experienced Planning Conservation Specialist to work with a Council Planning Department on a 6-month initial contract (likely to extend to 12 months).
 
My client expects applicants to be experienced and able to hit the ground running.
 
The ideal candidate for this position will have:
·Relevant degree or equivalent experience in conservation or a related field
·Strong knowledge and understanding of conservation legislation and policy
·Experience in providing advice on conservation and heritage matters in a planning context/listed building consents
·Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear and concise reports
·Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
·An enthusiastic and proactive approach to work
 
This role can be worked on a hybrid basis.
 
Carrington West Pay Rate - Up to £45p/h
